TERMS OF SERVICE

SERVICE

Korea Main Gate provides live online Korean language consultation and tutoring services. Lesson content, pace, and recommendations may vary according to the student’s level, goals, and participation.

ELIGIBILITY

Customers must provide accurate contact, country, time-zone, and scheduling information. A parent or legal guardian must approve enrollment and payment for a minor.

BOOKING AND TIME ZONES

A lesson is confirmed only when Korea Main Gate sends written confirmation showing both Korea Standard Time (KST) and the student’s verified local time. Students are responsible for checking the confirmed time.

PAYMENT

Paid lessons must be paid in advance through an official payment link issued by Korea Main Gate. Customers must not send card numbers or security codes by email, chat, or the consultation form. Enrollment is not confirmed when a transaction is declined, reversed, or under review. Payment links are provided only through official Korea Main Gate communication channels.

TECHNOLOGY

Students are responsible for a stable internet connection, camera, microphone, and access to Google Meet or another officially designated video meeting platform. If a lesson cannot continue because of a Korea Main Gate technical failure, the lesson will be rescheduled without charge.

MATERIALS AND RECORDING

Lesson materials are provided for the enrolled student’s personal educational use and may not be resold or publicly distributed. Neither party may record a consultation or lesson without the other party’s prior consent. Lesson materials remain the intellectual property of Korea Main Gate unless otherwise stated.

CONDUCT

Korea Main Gate may pause or end a session involving harassment, unlawful activity, impersonation, payment fraud, or serious disruption. Any refund will be handled according to the Refund & Rescheduling Policy and applicable law.

REFUNDS AND CHANGES

Cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, and refunds are governed by the Refund & Rescheduling Policy published on this website. Mandatory consumer-protection rights take priority over any conflicting policy language.

LIMITATION

Korea Main Gate provides language-learning support but does not guarantee a specific test score, visa, admission, employment, or other external results. Results depend on each student's participation and effort.
