INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect a student’s name, email address, country, city or time zone, Korean level, learning goals, interests, availability, consultation notes, lesson history, and payment transaction reference. We do not collect or store full card numbers or card security codes. Payments are securely processed by trusted third-party payment providers.

HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information to respond to inquiries, arrange consultations and lessons, conduct level assessments, provide learning materials, process and reconcile payments, handle refunds, maintain operational records, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations.

SERVICE PROVIDERS

Information may be processed through trusted third-party service providers for website hosting, online forms, email communication, scheduling, video conferencing, cloud storage, and payment processing.

Each provider processes personal information in accordance with its own privacy policy and applicable laws.

INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

Because students may live outside Korea and service providers may operate internationally, personal information may be processed in countries other than the student’s country of residence where permitted by applicable law.

RETENTION

Inquiry and consultation records are normally retained for up to one year after the last contact unless a longer period is required for transaction records, dispute handling, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, or other legal obligations. Records that are no longer required are securely deleted or anonymized.

YOUR CHOICES

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. You may also withdraw from marketing communications at any time.

SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
